You may have heard a therapist, coach, mindfulness practitioner, self-help guru, or a friend talk about the importance of “being with” our experiences, our feelings, ourselves. But what does this actually mean? Is it really possible to just experience our lives without getting meaning making and our minds involved? If so, how do we do it? And what happens to us when we do?
